For our Mini Candy collection we designed this stunning necklace in 18kt rose gold featuring a purple sapphire. Designed and crafted with care in our atelier combining century old tradition and modern technology.

Sapphire belongs to the corundum family of minerals and is one of the hardest and most durable gems available. Besides blue sapphire and ruby, the corundum family also includes so-called "fancy sapphires”. They come in violet, green, yellow, orange, pink, purple, and intermediate hues. These fancy sapphires are generally less available than blue ones, and some colours are rare. Sapphires typically contain natural inclusions.
